Only one person working on Sunday which is understandable but they were busy.
Review 2: 10/08/2025 - I gave this subway another try cause I noticed some new employees and hoped that they’d be better, but I was soooo wrong. My sandwich was drenched in sauce to the point where it was soaked through the wrapper and I couldn’t even finish it. It feels like the training at this location is lacking, where’s the quality control? Haven’t been here in a solid 5 years. Probably another 5 before I’m back. For a 14$ tuna sandwich, one would hope for fresh bread. This is like 2 days old, when you pick it up it all cracks and flakes. Disappointing. Service was good however.
This is “double meat” nearly $20 for this is absolutely insane. Next time I’ll save myself the time and just go to firehouse.
Came very close to closing time and Dana was working the closing shift. Dana is an absolute pleasure and she is the best subway interaction I’ve ever had in any subway location, period. Malden Rd., you are so lucky to have her.
