Was asking for extra olives and this blonde woman who wasn't even making my sandwich kept telling my attendant that she was putting too many on when there was hardly any to begin with =S. Very poor customer service and an unwillingness to accommodate an older gentleman who was in line in front of me trying to navigate the app to take advantage of an online discount. Staff and owner were very rude and needed several prompts to add a reasonable amount of toppings. Would not recommend this location.
The workers at this subways always do a great job! The girls who work here especially and the one taller guy are friendly and provide an efficient and pleasant service. There is one guy who is sometimes at the front cash, not in regular subway uniform but some kind of higher management outfit, a middle aged/older south asian man, whenever that man is there all the staff look really uncomfortable and stressed out while he leers and micronanages them in front of customers, and he is unpleasant as he cashes people out, never sm... read more
