Ordered online for pick up and our subs were missing toppings and not toasted how we asked. Upon arrival I asked if the drinks were in the bag and was told yes. They double knotted the bag so I didn't open while I was there. When I got home I noticed a drink was missing. Stay away.
Your night shift is closing before the set time I went in at 11:40 and the store doesn't not close until midnight and the staff would not serve me
Well where do I start, we ordered 4 subs and when we went to pay they refused to take the coupons we had. Than I asked for a glass for water and they said that they dont give out water cups so I was unable to take my medications. So much for Subway and customer service, maybe it's a good thing that Mr Sub is coming back. Shake my head at management and owners.
