I tried making a online order but when it came time to pay the system said error try again. I tried a second time and nothing, however I got a notification from my bank that the charge was approved. I looked and saw I was charged twice and when I called they said they did not have my order. The girl said she would call the manager and call me back. She never took my number and hung up. I tried calling back for 30 min and my call keep going to voice mail. I guess she took the phone off the line so I could not call back.

Normally, I love this location. However, today there was a glitch with the app and my nashville hot deli was made with literally 18 slices of meat and a bun. No toppings. No condiments. I get that the app issue isn't their fault but wouldn't it be good customer service (or even basic critical thinking) to ask the customer, "Hey..just want to make sure is this right?" Because no, $13.67 for 18 slices of meat and a bun isn't right. At all. Won't be back. The burrito place gets my business from now on.
