I am beyond frustrated with the absolutely terrible customer service I received at Subway Kingsville May,14/2026 at roughly 6:30pm. I placed an order through the app for dinner for my family, but the app was clearly having issues with the order time and instructed me to call the store. I called TWICE no answer either time. I then drove to the store myself only to be told they never received my order. The employees even had another worker reprint receipts to double check and still claimed nothing came through.
