I never leave reviews, but the customer service we received today warrants one... We were never greeted when we entered, and when my husband said hello to the worker he was met with a blank stare until I just started ordering unprompted... Sandwich was fresh and good.
I usually get good sandwiches a service from here. Not today though.
The past 3 times that I ordered on the app I waited an additional 15 minutes to go up there to pick my food up and still had to wait another 20 minutes before my food was ready. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It’s always understaffed or staffed inexperienced high schooler that don’t care about the customers.
