If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The employee was too busy flirting with some dude to even bother to make our online order and when we politely asked for it she threw the phone (she was calling her manager) and went to the back to cry. Edit/update: she ran out of the store and left it totally unattended and unlocked with us sitting in there so my husband called the police, while waiting for them to show up a replacement worker came in and made our subs and they were fantastic subs.
I've gone here 3 times in the 9 months I've lived here and every time I am greatly disappointed by the quality of their produce. However, the last time I went I was absolutely disgusted. The guys who were working were super kind and did their best for it being kind of busy but I did have to ask one of them to change his gloves after he handled money and attempted to make my sandwich with the same gloves on. I have some family who lives here in lead and was looking for some quick food, and will never come again. The lady who claims to be the manager was the most disrespectful fast food worker ive ever met. The bread was hard and all the veggies were limp. Asked her if she can remake it or if i can get a refund and she started yellimg at me. Also ended up getting food poisoning after eating it too. I never leave reviews, but the customer service we received today warrants one... We were never greeted when we entered, and when my husband said hello to the worker he was met with a blank stare until I just started ordering unprompted...
