I ordered my sandwiches online. I show up and none of them are made because they don't have half the ingredients. I tell them that I still want my food and what to substitute it with. They then proceeded to take over an HOUR and had the nerve to tell us "you need to order ahead next time bc I have customers" ----- I DID. and you did not make my food lol or call me or anything. Smh terrible terrible service. My food is ALWAYS wrong at this location.
Went in 10 minutes before close and got turned away, we knew we were coming in close to close and said sorry for being those people and she told us no anyway..
It's been over a month now. This subway never makes any of the soups. Every time we ask for any. They don't have them. It's ridiculous that a bag of soup can't be put in hot water. Over a month now. Take it off your menu.
