We were going to be Jeeping all day and somehow we forgot to bring our smaller lunch cooler so we decided to buy some very simple sandwiches to take with us on our day trip. At first I could tell the workers were a little confused about our ordering since we were focused on only using ingredients that wouldn’t spoil too fast without a cooler. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. The staff member at the counter was wearing AirPods and completely ignored me while I was trying to order. To make matters worse, he was incredibly insulting and actually threw my bag of food at me. Extremely unprofessional and rude behavior. I won't be back.
Walked in and no one was in accept 1 guy and daughter eating I was told 30 minute wait because they had a big order. Very very poor management because when you have walk in then usally one person will stop and take your order. They had 3 people behind the counter making sandwiches. I think yiu need a new manager. I am also contacting corporate.
