I went in to buy a steak sandwich, asked for a footlong and got 4 slices of cheese. I work at subway and know for a fact that every sandwich got double cheese now. When I asked for more, she said that was not the case. I told her I work with subway, she told me I was raising my voice, im a grown woman arguing over cheese and I should leave the store. She trashed the sandwich and said she would call 911. Wow!
Tried to upcharge me after sprinkling roast beef on the sub. Would give zero stars if I could.
Ordered ahead, got home and realized the sandwich was loaded with mayonnaise. Boyfriend took it back for me a requested a new one. He ended up having to order a new one because he accidentally said there was too much ranch instead of mayonnaise and the worker said it wasn’t her fault. He paid double the price for a new one because the worker wouldn’t remake the original one.
