Just worthless. Employees letting their kids run around. They clearly are un able to follow directions as I ordered my sub online and got home, opened it and I ended up throwing it in the trash.
Worst subway one the planet!!!! They say they never have the stock when in reality they just don’t want to make it. The bathrooms are unkept! I’ve gone in there asking for a chicken sandwich they tell me they “can’t “ toast any sandwiches. Then an employee tells me they have everything in the back they just don’t want to re stock and prep again. Everytime we go in it’s excuse after excuse excuse instead on doing there jobs they r paid for. Hair in the food is just gross.
Never felt more unwanted in a business. So sorry we made you make us food an hour and a quarter before closing time. I won’t bother you again.
Horrible experience eating with my family inside for lunch yesterday... The manager's hair was in my food, I had to pull 3 pieces of hair out my sandwich yesterday. The manager questioned my integrity in front of my family. We showed the whole staff my food with hair in it.... The manager was extremely rude and stormed out driving off completely unprofessional. Placed an online order on Thursday, went to pick it up and the gentleman said that they didn't have any chicken or wraps and told me my money would be refunded on Friday by the store manager, but the manager was out on Friday and Saturday still no refund. Will not be going back to this subway
