On May 12, 2025, at approximately 6:00 PM, I visited this location and experienced poor service. One employee refused to assist with my sandwich order and directed me to another, who greeted me unprofessionally and declined to grill my sandwich. Both employees argued loudly about their schedules in my presence, creating an uncomfortable environment. The food wasn't the best either. The employee who made my sandwich was doing her job like she didn't care. I didn't like my experience here.
I visited this place many time the staff of this subway is very rude and not welcoming especially afternoon staff. I didn’t visit that place again because of their staff. They didn’t know how to behave with customers. There are one girl over there during afternoon who always in a attitude even the staff didn’t use name tags so that no one can make complaints of her. Very bad service.
Yesterday me and my friends wanted to try the new nachos footlong thing. As this was our first time trying out this thing, we did not know that we can’t ask for extra veggies because in Subway sandwich we usually ask for extra. Hence, we asked for extra veggies, SANDY the worker, told us very rudely and bluntly in Punjabi language. Yesterday, my friends and I went to try the new Nachos Footlong for the first time. Since we’re used to getting extra veggies in our Subway sandwiches, we asked for extra veggies on this item too. We were unaware that there’s an extra charge for that.
