Ordered a steak bowl, got a bowl of sad veggies and like 5 grains of rice. No steak, no effort. Just lazy. Embarrassing. Never coming back.
Staff is not friendly at all. One Employee wearing glasses named Mridula has no sense of customer service at all. Give her training about how to handle customer politely. First and last time coming to your location.
Gave me wrong order horrible
absolute HORRIBLE service from one of the ladies working at 1130am today. I was shocked when 2 cold cut sandwiches costed me $20 since last time I went to a subway they had footlongs for like $6-$7. I made a comment about whatever happened to their famous $5 footlongs they used to have. One of the ladies instantly for very rude and loud and told me subway has NEVER had a $5 footlong that there was no such thing. I am a regular customer and today its third time in one month they are out of veggie patties , very disappointed with subway . Also i called them 2 times to save a trip but they never answer the phone.
