First off, I want to start by saying the staff is super friendly, they work hard and have always been amazing, so this review isn't about the day to day staff. Here's my issue.... I waited over 30mins to get a single sandwich with only 3 people in front of me... Why you ask? Because online orders take precedent over in store customers. They were telling us they only have 15mins to clear a skip order or it disappears... I came in around 7:40am. No other customers were inside. I went up to the employee to order but she insisted that I order through the screen??? In the amount of time that it took me to order on the screen— she would’ve been done making my sandwich already if she took my order when I first came up to her. While she was in the middle of making my sandwhich, two people came in and she didn’t tell them to order on the screen like she told me to… so they were just waiting/standing there for her to be free…
