The bread was rock hard
I ordered for delivery at my work place and they completely messed up the order. I tried reaching out to customer service but I’m got an AI bot.
They only have multigrain and Italian bread where is the rest you shouldn’t be out
Employees need to get customer service training. They are not supplying enough potion either.
On May 9th I placed a large order to be picked up for May 13 for a mid morning lunch. This location has exceeded all my expectations from having the order prepared on time, if not even a 10 min prior to the time of pick up that was given. The team has been really proactive at how they treat you when you go in, always greet and are always up for going above and beyond to make what you want for a subway sandwich.
