I was in your subway business Sunday 5/4 and your worker Balaram I was so impressed with him he had a line almost to the door and he was working all by himself. He was so fast and efficient and so professional, and he got us all out very quickly. In my opinion I’m not sure what he makes but whatever he makes he deserves so much more. I didn’t catch his name but the kid working tonight was the best! I’ve been eating subway 20 years and have never been offered the sauce on the bread before the toppings and it’s a game changer

Absolutely ridiculous. Me and my girlfriend went here last night. Ordered two sandwiches online 20 minutes before they closed.. We went to pick it up and both sandwiches were made wrong. My girlfriend walked back up to the door now 10 minutes before they closed and she told us “oh well, come back tomorrow.. I’m closed” … The door was locked. Came at 842pm. Walk in. Girl says sorry we're closed. I said oh, the open sign is lit up. She says oh last 10 min... why have the sign on and be standing behind the counter? Just close the store. I understand people coming in right before close is annoying but if your open till 9, you're still open.
