This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a Subway. As soon as I walked in the worker already had a bad attitude. I clearly said from the start that I wanted a footlong tuna. After he put the cheese on I asked for it grilled like the bread and somehow he puts grilled chicken on my sandwich. Very rude service!!!
What bad service... I ordered my bread with a slice of provolone, and they didn't put any cheese on it. I asked for a slice of avocado, and they put guacamole on it. I ordered online through the app, and they didn't serve what I ordered. Waste of money and a bad experience. Maybe they're going to become millionaires by skipping a slice of cheese! Bad, bad.
Racist vibes!! Worker didn’t want to accept any coupons from the moment my gf an I stepped in the door the worker (Guy)was starring us down accusing us of having copied our coupons , which in fact we had the same coupons that came from our coupons papers that’s delivered by mail. The manager did approve our coupons after this incident. But the guy worker was very rude and appeared very racist. Will be contacting corporate. September 8 , 2025 shortly after 9pm.
