I had one of the most unsanitary and disappointing experiences I’ve ever seen at a restaurant. While waiting for my order, I saw an overweight purple haired employe prepare some kind of food i think directly sitting on the floor out of the corner of my eye. This is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting no food should ever come into contact with the floor under any circumstances. Obvious management issue. Nice location but no leadership. I waited way too long for service. BTW I was the only one needing a sandwich.
