Ordered the veggie subs through the app a week ago, placed the veggie order today, got back to work to find no chesse and the sub wasn't toasted as requested. Called to let them know, they said they need to check the camera and get back to us. When they did call they informed us the footage showed the chesse being put on the sub and nothing was wrong with the order.
