I recently visited this Subway location and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The staff member preparing my order seemed rushed and did not ask for my choice of toppings, instead selecting them without confirming. When I politely mentioned that I didn’t want a particular ingredient, their response was quite dismissive, insisting that they had understood, even though they had not. i hesitated on posting this but felt it was important for management to see. staff turning a blind eye to two people who nodded off at a table was pretty deplorable.
I had an amazing experience at this Subway, thanks to Nidhi! She was incredibly friendly, efficient, and made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted it. You can tell she takes pride in her work—everything was fresh, well-prepared, and put together with care. It’s always great to see someone who genuinely enjoys making customers happy. Took way too long even when it was really slow. There were hardly any customers and two people could not get the work done. It took them 20-30 minutes for my order and were showing attitude when i told them to make two halves of my footlong. Disappointing
