This is worst subway I have ever visited Staff are rude and food is unhygienic, they argue about not taking the juice back which has bad taste and smell in it , If you don’t want to get sick stay away from this location
Absolutely disgusting and easily one of the worst Subway locations I have ever visited. The washrooms had urine all over the floor and looked more like neglected outhouses than facilities inside a restaurant. Putting up an “out of service” sign does not excuse leaving them in that condition. The fountain drink machine was also apparently broken, leaving overpriced bottled pop as the only option. I ordered a footlong veggie sandwich, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The employee did not seem welcoming or interested in assisting customers, and the overall attitude came across as quite rude. My sandwich was also burnt, which affected the taste and quality. On top of that, the drink machine was not working. I expected much better service and food quality from Subway. Hopefully, management can address these issues and improve the customer experience.
Very disappointing customer service. The two female employees working at this Subway were not welcoming at all. They didn’t smile, spoke in a rude and unfriendly manner, and made the whole experience uncomfortable. Good customer service should include basic politeness and respect toward customers. I hope the management provides better customer-service training because customers should feel welcomed, not like they are bothering the staff.
I've been coming to this subway for a very long time now honestly, I'm honestly really surprised by some of these reviews because these employees really go out of their way to keep this place nice. I don't think people understand how rough it is being RIGHT next to newton exchange with how many addicts there are that'll come in and pass out in the booths and outside the front door. The employees make the sandwiches quick and with care, what more could you ask for?
