Order a sandwich and it was not made correctly. I told them not to toast it yet. It was toasted so now the sandwich is ruined.
I had a very disappointing experience at the Subway located in the Fort Eustis Exchange. I was standing directly in front of the counter, clearly waiting to be helped, and the woman working there completely ignored me. She continued talking to a man already at the counter, not even appearing to be actively making his order—just having a conversation. Send some help! I feel like they don’t know what they are doing or what anything is the look confused and lost. Barely listen to customer and look like they never want to be there. Wasn’t even lunch rush.
Me: "I will pay with Star Card" (I hold out my Star Card) Cashier: (Takes payment) "You should have told me you wanted to pay with Star Card *facepalm And I could name a few other things that went wrong here just in this visit.
