My husband picked up the veggie delite salad for me because i had to work late and this store was open til 12 by the time i sat down to eat i noticed my salad was missing the bacon i paid for. So I called at 1134pm to let them know and spoke with an associate and all she could say "oh im sorry" we are out of bacon. I visit this subway location regularly, and my experiences vary. There is one older African American woman who stands out for her kindness and genuine care for customers. However, the assistant manager and the owner tend to be less welcoming. On several occasions, I have placed orders through the app only to arrive and find that my order is missing, which can be quite frustrating, especially during a lunch break when time is limited

We order from the app every couple of weeks. Not sure why I haven't reviewed this place before. Always great timing and great sandwiches. Tonight 6/13/25 was just a reminder of the fantastic quality and service that we have always received.
