I placed a mobile curbside order. Not only did I have to go inside after 10 min of waiting, but once I got inside I was told that the drink I had already paid for was actually $2-3 more than what it says on the app and that I technically only paid for a small kids juice box. On the app, the drink I wanted and the juice box were a 30 cent difference. If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed a pick up order at this store & the employees were very unhelpful with the entire process. In particular Ashley was very rude & combative once they weren’t able to find my order in THEIR system. Ashley would not let me get a word in & told me the only solution to them not being able to find my order was to purchase an entirely new sandwich even after I tried to provide proof (order # & phone # & also verified the store address) of the original order.
