I said back in 2019 I would not be back, and I should've stuck to it!! My boyfriend and I recently visited subway in Hale MI, we waited in line because they were busy, when the sandwich maker got to us she had a online order come through. She said she has to take that first because "thats company policy" so I stated you should ALWAYS take care of the customer IN FRONT of you FIRST, then do your online orders.(I've worked in customer service for 6 yrs) something must've clicked because she said she would make ours and then go... read more
Not once but twice in hale they are never prepared for anything out of bread out of tomato’s and meatballs takes 20 minutes minimum for a single sub to be made, as we waited 20 minutes this time the sub maker walked away without a word left us hanging I wouldn’t ever recommend this subway extra slow always unprepared
Worst subway ive been to. Better off getting groceries and making your own sandwich. Or go somewhere else
This place is extremely slow I didn’t even know you could move that slow don’t come here
