How do you as a sub shop run out of bread one. Two how do you allow online orders when you know your out of said bread. And now I gotta wait three days for my money back because apparently common sense ain't common anymore don't blame the employee he was nice and apologetic but they should have turned mobile orders off if they don't have the ability to make sandwiches
While I love me a subway sub, always delicious and filling, this location seems to not have enough employees. We placed an order online, to be ready within 15 minutes. We got there with 5 minutes till pick up time and parked, and as we waited for the app to say our order was ready, a vehicle pulled in and 4 people got out. Very happy with the online order we placed, the accuracy of the order, the friendliness of the staff, the prompt service, and cleanliness of the restaurant despite it being 8:30 at night. Thank you.
I used it for a break on my trip from Canada. I didn't know how to ask, but they kindly asked me again! I was very happy because I didn't think they would be so kind to Asians.
