Placed an order for pickup on their app around 8:30pm. Got to the store and it was closed, yet my card was charged even though no food was received… tried to find a customer service phone number - none. Tried to find a customer service email - none. Very bad behavior ( very rude) from the attender in the counter. I will not come back again. They understand, we are tourist, then he suddenly told that, they need pay for free extra drink
