Worst experience ever tonight, I didn’t know you guys closed at 9:00:( that’s my fault so when I came at 9 maybe about 9:01 before I can even get out the car the worker seen us turned off the light so we left as soon as we left he turned the lights back on.
Was there today (6/14/26) with my niece and it will be my last. The employee completely ignored us when I tried getting his attention 3 times I had to bend down in front of the case to maybe make eye contact with him because he had ear buds in. He acted completely annoyed we were there, came across rude and just overall we felt like we were an inconvenience. Next the majority of the fountain sodas weren't working and the bread was incredibly stale. Never had a problem like this with a Subway.
Horrible location. Never been here I'm hundreds of miles away someone used my account to make multiple orders called over dozen times to cancel orders I never made and they won't pick up. At this point since my name comes up on caller id and they refuse to pick up I'm saying employees are probably in on it. I'm calling my bank and pressing charges. Time of arrival: 9:05pm Apparently store closes at 9:30pm Doors were locked already. There was one guy "employee of course " standing inside, and didn't even have the respect to signal he had closed the doors already, nor anything. It's really frustrating, not because of me, but my wife is pregnant and she wanted to eat from Subway on our way to NY
The price of sandwiches are jacked up but you get nothing in return. Employees are trained to add as little veggies as possible or they can get away with. I looked with disbelief when he spaced out tomatoes an inch apart. What kind of sandwich place doesn't carry Swiss cheese?! And they have a nerve to ask for a tip. Skip this place.
