The young man (#006) who served me on 9/9/25 was unusually polite, considerate and extremely helpful. It was quite unexpected. Subway food is not very different one store from another. Differences among stores are mostly location and customer service. The latter is usually either ok or subpar at Subway. Some stores charge extra for toasting and won't allow the use of gift card, can hardly speak English, and sometimes are downright rude. Someone did a online order and we got a email notification for the order. 3 separate transaction called right away to cancel order mind you i live in Chicago not California. Called a 2nd time because said order was ready and I was told by someone they canceled the order. Called a 3rd time because nothing was done. Now they say they cant do anything because it happened yesterday.
Friendliest and freshest Subway sandwich I have had. I hadn't been to this location before and the address leads you to a sidewalk that faces the road and it appears there's no parking but continue toward safeway and there's parking in the back!
