Didn't want to rate it badly since it's our small town Subway but maybe it'll cause some change? Multiple times now I have gone in for a meatball sub and have been told they didn't have anymore for the night. The first time this happened, the manager found out and told the worker to open a new can of meatballs and to serve until close. The worker hadn't wanted to deal with the cleanup so they had initially refused to make an order for meatballs even though there were plenty in the back. This place is not open until 10:30pm. I called at 9:55 to place an order and was told they were closing and could not take orders. So just be aware, they close at 10pm even though the app and Google says 10:3pm
If I could give them negative stars I would. I have tried and tried to give this subway chance after chance because I like subway. But I just can't believe how much they disappoint every time. You get rude workers that want to complain about what you want. When it's your sandwich you shouldn't have a place like this making faces or sticking there tounge out or making gag noises as they make your sandwich. I always order online thru the app for pickup & it has never failed to be ready when I arrived and never had a mistake in order. I suggest using the tools provided in the app for the more or less option on veggies, sauces, etc and if you think you need to there’s also a place for notations/requests.
