Open sign on, doors locked, called no answer. 10:30 on Sunday, someone inside behind counter, didn’t look up or come to the door.
Nice restaurant, good staff
Worst customer service in my life. I ordered online and went in to pickup my order, the foreign male who was there was completely rude and had an attitude. I asked for peppercorn ranch on the side and all he gave me was literally enough to put on a chip. And furthermore, my order was an Italian cold cut sandwich and it was toasted. This completely ruined my day and I will never be ordering from Subway on Ocean Gateway again. Complete waste of my money and time.
I was at this establishment for a total of 10 minutes because of how fast these people are. The lady working at this restaurant was very kind
