Katy was exceptionally nice and friendly, the service was excellent and the store was very clean and well kept. The sandwich I had was wonderful and very delicious.
Someone from corporate needs to investigate this location. The manager or whoever was in charge on August 10th needs immediate customer service training. She is extremely combative with customers and short tempered with children. That type of service may work in New York but it’s simply unacceptable.
The worst subway experience I have ever had. Ordered 2 subs online with a pickup time of 7:40pm on the app. I walked in at 7:45 to an empty store and observed an employee on his phone filling a soda cup. That employee walked behind the counter and asked if I was picking up. I gave my name and he told me he was working on it before taking my receipt off the register and starting to make the sandwiches now 10 minutes after they should have been ready. Damn. Cant believe the horrible sandwich. I dont go in often and very seldom review fast food places. I just had to on this one. Look at the extremely small 6" sub and more bread than any meat. I ordered ahead so did not get the ability to watch first hand otherwise I would have said something. I added a bag of sun chips and a cookie. The total was almost 12.00 WITHOUT a TIP. Put some AC in it’s hot as blazes in this so called restaurant now that explains why you only have one worker and why nobody seems to stay long there despite holding the line back for a while then bolting out due to how hot and uncomfortable it is in there!
