The Subway in Crockett doesn't have proper communication between their app, store, and customer. Paid nearly $20.00 for a sandwich, chips, beverage, and churros. I even called in and left a message on their answering machine and never got a call back and never got my food. I called back on Tuesday because I noticed that they NEVER gave me a refund, and I was told they won't make my sandwich or refund my money. Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!
Went in for the first time the lady. Making our sandwichs. I asked her what bread was on the sandwich She said I had no idea.and Very rude. Will not be back.
My husband and I decided to have subway lunch in Crockett . As we walked in there were 2 people already giving there order. We waited in line for what it seemed to be forever only having two people in front of us. Once they made us two cold cuts sandwich we had ask for salt and pepper be added.
