The Infamous Subway of Trinity, TX I’ve been waiting months to experience this legendary establishment, and let me tell you—it did not disappoint. The sandwich? Elite. The lady who made it? An artist. Michelangelo had the Sistine Chapel; she has the footlong BMT. But the manager? Whew.
