When I first walk in there is no employees in sight, so I wait for 10! Minutes to some kid high off his mind and when I ordered the kid went to the back and never came back so I took the sandwich for free people never eat here the garbage I threw up after 20 minutes of eating the food!!

The only good thing about this store was the dog that was inside of the restaurant!! I'm assuming the owner was the one working today (older man) extremely disrespectful! Looked me dead in the eye and said "I'll do it for you today" when I asked for olives! And then proceed to act like we were interrupting his day! Golf was blasting over the speaker's couldn't even hear ourselves talk! Needless to say we will not be returning to this store!
Terrible experience. I came in to pick up an app order using a BOGO deal and was immediately met with rudeness from the franchise owner himself. He complained that he was losing money from app orders, made inappropriate comments about wages, and even questioned where I was from—completely unprofessional. To make it worse, he skimped on both my footlongs, using half the ingredients I saw him use for other customers. The sandwiches were dry, flat, and poorly made.
