Recommend to order in store if you can. We had a large order, part online and part in store and the owner David helped us out. I know there are complaints about online order experience but when I saw him make ours I learned that it's hard for the owner to read every line and prepare these sandwiches one by one and it takes a lot longer to make. We enjoyed our sandwiches after some skiing and I had a good chat with the owner while he was making our sandwiches. Thanks David.
Multiple times I have paid online for lunch for them to simply not to make it. Last time, the associate simply smiled, shrugged and said “too bad it didn’t print. Can’t make it if it doesn’t print.” and walked away despite my paying for it and having confirmation receipts. Then a line formed and instead of helping the guests she put up chairs instead of helping them during a lunch rush. I guess she simply didn’t want to make any more sandwiches.
