The only good thing about this store was the dog that was inside of the restaurant!! I'm assuming the owner was the one working today (older man) extremely disrespectful! Looked me dead in the eye and said "I'll do it for you today" when I asked for olives! And then proceed to act like we were interrupting his day! Golf was blasting over the speaker's couldn't even hear ourselves talk! Needless to say we will not be returning to this store!
Terrible experience. I came in to pick up an app order using a BOGO deal and was immediately met with rudeness from the franchise owner himself. He complained that he was losing money from app orders, made inappropriate comments about wages, and even questioned where I was from—completely unprofessional. As others have stated, the owner is very rude, making passive aggressive comments about our orders and harassing us about parking. He then proceeded to skimp on all the ingredients and make the worst Subway sandwich I’ve ever had. Customers beware.
