The customer service from the *big dude* is very bad, no smile, no reaction or response, it is like the guy does not even want to be there. So I tried to give the store another chance, going there to give it a second shot (sometimes it could just a bad day) but no it was the same crappy service from that same *big dude* and this time even my veggie patty was burnt to a crisp I thought it's been a while, like four months maybe things changed but no, they're trying to fool customers, it's like being scammed
I went to bring into notice that subway at airport irving does not follow hygiene . Hygiene is key in food industry. There was a girl she had very long nails and preparing food for the customers and even she did not wear anything to cover her hairs . Manager of the store should know this basic protocols in food industry and let their employees know . I had my sandwich and found long hair in it 😳.
I just grabbed lunch from here and it was the best subway I've ever had. The service was a little slow but my order was complicated so no biggie. I got a 6 inch Cuban, and that thing slaps. Subways new menu from around the world is giving me hope for this restaurant, whoever made that choice needs to be making more choices. Great work corporate and this franchise!
