Ordered breakfast subway the sausage was very cold after it was toasted the egg was soggy no customer service or attention to detail on the order very very poor job
I was reading all the negative comments... But my experience was really good! My meatball sub was delicious...the lady who made my sandwich was smiling and pleasant to talk with
The customer service from the *big dude* is very bad, no smile, no reaction or response, it is like the guy does not even want to be there. So I tried to give the store another chance, going there to give it a second shot (sometimes it could just a bad day) but no it was the same crappy service from that same *big dude* and this time even my veggie patty was burnt to a crisp I thought it's been a while, like four months maybe things changed but no, they're trying to fool customers, it's like being scammed
