I’m so disappointed. This used to be the best Subway location in Ellicott City, but ever since the ownership changed, the staff has been different. The people working there on the weekends don’t seem to know how to make the sandwiches properly. This sandwich has always been my favorite, and this time it was so dry. They barely put any sauce on it, and it feels like the employees are afraid to add enough ingredients. The staff really needs better training on how to prepare the sandwiches properly.
Under the new ownership, the quality and service have gone down. The chicken sandwich barely came with three or four pieces of meat—my neighbor had a similarly disappointing experience. On top of that, coupon acceptance is confusing: their website says they don't accept coupons, yet they took mine in-store when I ordered at the Resort Rd location. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
This subway is a nice humble store that serves clean and fresh food. I had a wonderful lunch there and the service was the cherrie on top. There is this kid there who is going into 9th grade when I asked him and he was phenomenal! The second I stepped foot into the store he smiled at me and asked these exact words " Hi how are you sir? Worst customer service ever will never return to this location maybe not even another Subway period after an experience with them
