Under the new ownership, the quality and service have gone down. The chicken sandwich barely came with three or four pieces of meat—my neighbor had a similarly disappointing experience. On top of that, coupon acceptance is confusing: their website says they don't accept coupons, yet they took mine in-store when I ordered at the Resort Rd location. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
This subway is a nice humble store that serves clean and fresh food. I had a wonderful lunch there and the service was the cherrie on top. There is this kid there who is going into 9th grade when I asked him and he was phenomenal! The second I stepped foot into the store he smiled at me and asked these exact words " Hi how are you sir? I like your starwars shirt" I was wearing a black shirt with a faded starwars logo in the corner and he caught me by surprise with that. Worst customer service ever will never return to this location maybe not even another Subway period after an experience with them
