Went in the other day, and the guy that helped me was super nice! Took a bit to get to my order, but nothing that was his fault. The taste of the food was a bit offputting compared to other subways I frequent, but not the biggest deal. Would go again :)

Service is always spotty at the University Way Subway in Ellensburg, but last night was the worst service I have ever experienced. I have had the young gal there before and she is usually somewhat rude, but last night was something else. Don't get me started on how unclean the produce containers looked. The lettuce was browning and the spinach was wet like it had been there awhile. When she was fixing my sandwich she slammed it down like she was pissed she even had to take our order.
