Service is always spotty at the University Way Subway in Ellensburg, but last night was the worst service I have ever experienced. I have had the young gal there before and she is usually somewhat rude, but last night was something else. Don't get me started on how unclean the produce containers looked. I had a coupon, kid said I couldn't use it. I said why, he said hes busy and just one moment. I waited, he came back. Kids wearing headphones in both ears then proceeds to cuss at me. Awesome service.
