They charged me for an extra sandwich I didn’t order and refused to refund me because I didn’t say anything when they were cashing me out. I came here on my lunch break and they were busy, I just wanted to get out of there. I didn’t know until I looked at the receipt more closely an hour later. I get where they’re coming from, but I won’t be returning.
They almost forgot to add a sandwich to a order and the stupid fountain drinks thing was turned off so you can't even get drinks. Why are they working on the drinks during lunch rush? Food was good but experience and service is 0/10
I really dislike the manager here. Had to stop coming here for lunch because she talks so loud. She needs to learn better soft skills or get her hearing checked because she's practically yelling. Bread is also stale half the time so not worth the money either.
Sandwich looked great. The bread was very stale, and it was definitely not made today.
Besides the old Filipino lady telling me how I should eat my sandwich, the place is fine. When I asked for extra/ heavy onions, she told me, in front of everyone, "you put too many onions!". She said several times. It was embarrassing and weird!
