Staff was so rude that I almost cried
I ordered the foot long cookie only. The person was friendly but she was new. She didn't know how to warm it up and didn't know where the bottom was to ring it up. When it was given to me, it was extremely overcooked burnt even. I mentioned it being overcooked and she stated, "that's just the way our over cooks it." Once home I tried to serve it; the entire cookie is hard. I would go back and have it remade but the drive is too long. The cookie is supposed to be heated to be warm not cooked to a crisp hard rock.
Horrible management
Doesnt give you the option online to toast the sandwich. I called 4 times to try to make sure it got toasted. No one answered the phone. Update. No more flat bread. I asked for light green chili and she put a whole fist full. I asked for light oil and light vinegar. She soaked my sandwich it was soggy couldn't even eat it. This place has gone down hill.
