"Manager" refused to give me my sandwhich claiming it didn't come up on his system even after I showed him my subway app recipt and a email confirmation with all correct details time place and date
Ordered on uber eats had a complication with my delivery person, then re-ordered online for pick up, showed up and the worker didn’t even make my sandwich and refused to give me a refund when I asked for one?
I don’t like to review fast food places until I’ve been at least twice. This location doesn’t have very good customer service I don’t need friendliness. They don’t help you if you’re having trouble with coupons. The tomato that was put on 3 sandwiches was weirdly mushy and gross. 3 out of 4 people who ate sandwiches with me that night got sick. No thank you avoid this location.
