Well, first I unwrapped my sub to just a complete mess. Everything is falling off and just rolled together. The flatbread was dry and clearly been left out way past what anyone should be eating. I will never return to this location. It's bad enough that quality is hit or miss, but seeing a young child of one of the employees behind the counter where the food is prepped was the final straw. The manager of the restaurant is also incredibly rude and inappropriate. I've seen her badger customers for tips, storm off into the back when she had to go get something, literally stamping and swearing the whole time, and I've watched and experienced her incessantly complaining about personal and professional things on multiple ... read more
I've been frustrated because this has happened more than once. The internet and your posted sign states your closing time is 9:30. I have come at 9:10 and 9:15 (only to grab ham and cheese...not even a sandwich...trying to be considerate of closing time) and the doors are locked with the employees still in the building at the counter. If they want to clean up and be out of the building by 9:30, then closing time should be posted at 9.
