if i could put zero stars i would , it says its open & there is no one here. the lights are off and im starving. my 4 years daughter was looking forward to eating a auntie ann’s pretzel but nope , there’s still no one here. i’m so upset. i want to cry but im holding my composure.

This subway really sucks. The Filipino looking lady with a tatoo on her neck is very rude and has no customer service skills. She was not wearing a name tag so we don't know her name. We ordered 2 turkey bacon chicken wraps and she told us that we were limited on vegetables because she couldn't wrap it and we only asked for lettuce and tomatoes and she said we could not. All they had was white bread, they waited until after the bread was toasted to tell me they had no tomatoes. They were super slow and seemed like they were understaffed. When I got there it wasn’t packed at all so I beat the rush.
