Stopped by this Subway on Carrollton around 12:45 PM on August 2nd. I ordered a box of cookies and paid in cash. The clerk told me the total and even said the exact change I was supposed to get back — but when it came time to give me my change, he just handed me the bills and kept the 82 cents. I went in to buy a cup for something to drink i was told i have to buy a meal in order to get a cup i never heard of that before
Went there waited for a guy who was seated on the phone gave attitude when I asked was they taking orders he proceeded to get up saying “yes just order” I ordered my food was cold the cookies was stale left my stomach in shambles then my sandwich wasn’t toasted all the way and a lady walked in high off of who knows what just DONT GO I REPEAT I WILL NEVER RETURN EVER!!
Beware of this location. The prices on the menu, are not the prices they charge when rung up on the kiosk I was told that the salad was $7.59 for a veggie only. When the man rung it up, it was $8.59 before tax. This is false advertisement, and they don’t think that people are paying attention. When I ask him, why did he charge me a different price? He told me that he can’t help what the system does. They do this with every customer and are making a lot of extra money off people. Beware.
