Do not go to this subway if you are a human. On my way to work nature called and I needed to use the men’s room. I knew I wouldn’t be able to hold out till I arrived, so I got off at Columbia station to use the washroom. I ordered a cookie and politely asked to use the rest room, for which I was rebuffed. Best customer service
Went here this morning and the sandwich was made so perfectly with delicious fresh veggies and so many delicious new sauce choices. A great start to the day ☺️
Service - negative
I’ve been a Subway customer for over 7 years, but this was the worst experience I’ve had. I asked for extra toppings and sauce, but barely got any, and the bread was soggy. The staff seemed careless and rushed through the order without paying attention. Very disappointed with the quality and service at this location.
