If I could give a zero I would. I ordered pick-up via the Uber Eats app and the employees refused to give me my food.
I’ve honestly never had a worse experience at a Subway location. I placed an online order, rode my bike there to pick it up, and there was nowhere outside to lock it—so I brought it inside briefly while grabbing my food. I had my headphones on, and the second I took them off, the employee behind the counter was already yelling at me to move my bike.
