If you are going to have your google hours say you close at 10, have your open sign on, and keep your doors unlocked PLEASE continue serving customers. From one food service worker to another it’s just upsetting to drive all the way there with plenty of time before 10 and not be able to get food to go.
This was a call in order for the first time. My wife was taking sandwiches up to our kids that are currently in the hospital and would like a Subway sandwich. Evidently the people up there do not follow instructions that come across on the online app. The orders were supposed to be one sandwich with a lettuce only and Chipotle sauce, the second one was to be to a public house only.
