I put in my mobile order 20 minutes before i went to store. I was approached with nastiness and had my co worker wait for it since it was not done and she said it still isn't done. She said that the man on the register was very nasty on how he talked to her about the order. With the whole interaction its now been 45 minutes since i ordered online and still don't have my order. They have lost atleast 2 customers today. :(
DOUBLE CHARGED on 2/11. I placed an online order at this store for pickup at a certain time, showed up and they did not have the order and it wasn't showing up as charged to my card yet either. They made my sandwich and I paid again in store. Seems like as soon as I left the store the original transaction went through on my card.
