This particular store has gone downhill Dramatically. I'm not sure what's going on. If it's because they have just younger people there or what. Today, and yesterday I had cravings for a sub. Yesterday Friday I ordered a sub. They did not have any lettuce, so they substituted Spinach, which I absolutely hate. By the time I got there, the lettuce had come in on the truck. I rate this location the best in Florence SC. Always have great customer service. Unlike other locations. One location had a broken toaster so I decided to go this one near Cookie Crumbl...The $5 Footlong Nachos doesn't fill you up but it is a decent size....Wish it was double the chips... Melted cheese with chicken or steak. Also comes with tomato, onion and jalapenos.. You can ask for it without....lol of course I bought a Raspberry and white chocolate cookie
Most pathetic service i have had. Ordered in the app to pick up. All 3 sandwiches were wrong can't call store only a busy signal for 4 hrs
I can’t make this up but they gave me two pieces of meat…at most three on my sub. They weren’t even busy when we pulled up. I take a bite and it’s straight vegetables. Where is my meat? Is it in the room with us, cuz it’s not on my sub! This ain’t the first time this has happened. Y’all just lazy.
