They need to clean their ice machine, my last visit I always find many things in their ice. Crystal could put much more care into how she build subs, she is rushed and uncaring. Anyone else takes the extra few seconds to care.
They are great and listening to everything i said
I've been coming here for years... Now it's absolutely terrible all the way around. Can't read instructions to make a sandwich and then gets defensive acting like she was in the right! On top of that, the employees don't understand English. Unbelievable customer service. I'd like to speak with a DM or someone higher in the chain. Haven't had customer service like this in years.
