Ordered a meatball sandwich and looked more like a sandwich drenched with ranch.. horrible.. and what’s with employees wearing headphones on the job! If i could post the picture i would!
Placed an order online, went to pick up my order and didn't realize until I dropped it off for my daughter that it was the wrong sandwich. Returned to let Subway know and was met with hostility by a teenage girl about being smart enough to check my order. They made me pay a 2ND TIME when they got it wrong. Dude, the kids that make up this work force need to do SOOOO much better. Bread, meat, veggie, cheese, its not calculus. Try better next time mijita.
Terrible customer service
The female employee prepares my Philly sandwich and warms up my sandwich for 2-3 seconds and when I take a bite into my sandwich the meat was cold, it grossed me out so I went to her immediately to have her remake my sandwich and explain what happened she said well I don't know if I can remake your sandwich I can just warm it up with all my veggies and lettuce.
