Drashti and her team are wonderful! The facility was very clean and well kept. The food and portion sizes were very solid for the price. I have been to other locations and have had worse experiences so I was pleasantly surprised to see the Eldersburg location in such great shape. Will definitely be back again soon.
Placed a mobile order and they cancled it and refused to give me a refund. Made me go through the robot corporate customer service which was just as useless. The people that run this store only care about the money and couldn’t care less about their PR or the quality of their sandwich’s. They just hide their shoddy work behind the subway brand. Will not be coming here again and will be recommending others to avoid it. Also subway is overpriced for what you get anyway.
Great little nook for subs. The restaurant looked clean and the workers were friendly. I knocked a couple points off on atmosphere just because it was a small place. Fresh food and yummy affordable subs!
