I think this is the absolute best sub I have ever had from any subway anywhere in a long, long long long time the girl that helped me was new and she did a fabulous job. See pictures attached.Ive already eaten some….its an All American Club the BEST!!!!!!
I don't go to Subway often but I went today and im glad I did. Although I went in to grab a few cookies, I was provided some amazing customer service by Mary Jane. She was a breath of fresh air as I consider how customer service is falling by the way side for many now adays. She was friendly, warm, & genuine. You should be lucky to have her. Thanks again Mary
Terrible service, very slow in what they do
We walked in and the guy with the mustache and bandana didn’t say a word to us. After a few minutes we asked about salads and he whispered the answer then went back to making sandwiches. He put the sandwiches on the rack and still didn’t even look up. Thankfully mine was one of the mobile orders but my mom went next door to Sone because it was so uncomfortable. I’ll do the same next time.
They don’t acknowledge you when walking in. Acted like he didn’t want to take our order. Barely said anything at all. No customer service. Sub was ok at best.
