Ordered two sandwiches a couple weeks ago, both sandwiches were incorrect. This is not the first time that I have had it happen. Ordered a BLT with cucumbers, olives, pickles, and mayonnaise. They added onions, and ranch instead of mayonnaise. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich, It had no bacon or ranch on it. Called to express my Displeasure. Was hung up on by the manager. Tried to pre-order on app. No good. Did the drive through. Can't believe the audacity to ask for a tip. Did I receive tap service with a waitperson? Nope, just shoved out a windows by a surly teen with nose rings.... Subway sandwiches are a fav, have been for decades.
I really need to eat more healthy foods, your sandwiches are a great alternative to burgers.
