I had a very disappointing experience at this Chatswood Subway. A female staff member wearing a black shirt was extremely rude to me. She was smiling at the person before me, but the moment I stepped up, she completely changed her face and became very aggressive. I felt targeted and disrespected by her behavior. Every customer should be treated with basic respect, but I did not feel that here. I hope the manager can check the CCTV from today around 12:00PM and address this issue. I will not be coming back.
the guy who was working today genuinely looked like he was considering jumping off a Cliff, maybe give a chat to the poor fella whoever the guy is, clearly hates his job and maybe his life. prayin he survives.

Ordered a classic chicken sub on 3/12 around 2 pm my first and only meal of the day and it absolutely ruined me. Within hours I felt violently nauseous, and by that night I was up nonstop vomiting. Easily one of the worst food-poisoning episodes I’ve ever had. If you enjoy spending the night hugging the toilet, then by all means, eat here. But if you value your stomach, your sleep, or your sanity, I’d avoid this place like the plague.
