Editing my review to 2 stars. i can see the management is new now. 2 people working on a busy lunch hour? really? the queue is literally out the door everytime i go in now. it might look like you are saving good bucks reducing workers, but will suffer in the customer satisfaction. the man working was literally taking orders with one hand and spreading cheese on another sandwich with the other hand. they don't even have time to change gloves.. The staff member (an Asian male) had a very rude and disrespectful attitude. Instead of treating customers properly, he insisted that I pay first before even preparing my Subway, which is not how I’ve been served at other locations. His tone was unfriendly, dismissive, and made me feel unwelcome.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Chatswood Subway. A female staff member wearing a black shirt was extremely rude to me. She was smiling at the person before me, but the moment I stepped up, she completely changed her face and became very aggressive. I felt targeted and disrespected by her behavior. Every customer should be treated with basic respect, but I did not feel that here. I hope the manager can check the CCTV from today around 12:00PM and address this issue. I will not be coming back.
